Emerging Business & Development Services™ (“EBDS™,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to transparency regarding how information is handled through our websites, digital services, software, and mobile applications.

This Privacy Policy applies to Emerging Business & Development Services™, EBDS™, its brands, divisions, products, websites, software, and digital services, including EmergiForge™, The Captain Suite™, and individual Captain Suite applications such as Battery Captain™, Signal Captain™, and other applications that may be released under The Captain Suite™ in the future.

Where an individual application or service has privacy practices that differ from or supplement this Privacy Policy, additional disclosures may be provided within that application, its app-store listing, or an app-specific privacy notice. Some or all of this information may be processed locally on your device and may never be transmitted to Emerging Business & Development Services™ or EBDS™.

2. Information Processed Locally

Many features within The Captain Suite™ are designed to operate using information supplied directly by the Android operating system or device hardware.

  • signal conditions;

  • storage information;

  • hardware capabilities;

  • operating-system restrictions;

  • user permissions;

  • device-specific power-management settings.

Depending on applicable law, you may request:

  • access;

  • correction;

  • deletion;

If an application does not create user accounts or transmit personally identifiable information to EBDS™, there may be little or no server-side personal information for us to delete.

Requests may be submitted through the contact information provided at the end of this Privacy Policy.

12. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information under our control.

However, no storage system, electronic transmission, mobile device, website, or software service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
