Many EBDS™ and EmergiForge™ products are designed to process information locally whenever reasonably practical.

Where reasonably practical, EBDS™ prefers local processing rather than transmitting unnecessary information to external servers.

Locally stored information may remain on the user's device unless it is synchronized, submitted, backed up, or otherwise transmitted through a feature selected by the user or required for the applicable service.

The availability and accuracy of locally processed information may vary based on:

• Android version;

• device manufacturer;

• hardware capabilities;

• operating-system restrictions;

• user permissions;

• device settings;

• network availability;

• third-party service availability.

3. Game Data and Player Progress

Certain EmergiForge™ games may create, maintain, or process information associated with gameplay.

Depending on the game, this may include:

• scores;

• high scores;

• levels or stages reached;

• achievements;

• game statistics;

• saved game state;

• settings and preferences;

• virtual-item balances;

• in-game currency balances;

• earned rewards;

• purchased virtual-item balances;

Some game information may exist only on the user's device.

Other game information may be transmitted to or processed through third-party gaming services when features such as leaderboards, achievements, authentication, cloud functionality, or cross-device features are used.

4. Google Play Games Services and Leaderboards

Certain EmergiForge™ games may integrate with Google Play Games Services or similar third-party gaming platforms.

These services may provide features such as:

• player authentication;

• player profiles;

• achievements;

• leaderboards;

• score submission;

• player ranking;

• game-service identity;

• cloud or synchronization features;

• other gaming functionality.

When you use these features, Google or another applicable platform provider may process information such as:

• your gaming-platform player identifier;

• your gaming-platform profile information;

• authentication status;

• submitted scores;

• achievements;

• leaderboard rankings;

• game activity associated with the applicable service;

• technical information required to operate the service.

EBDS™ may receive or process limited information necessary to provide these features.

Leaderboard scores or related game information may be visible to other users according to the privacy settings and functionality of the applicable gaming platform.

Use of Google Play Games Services is also subject to Google's applicable privacy policies and terms.

Participation in online gaming features may be optional where the particular game allows offline or unauthenticated play.

5. Advertising and Device Identifiers

Free versions of certain EBDS™, EmergiForge™, or Captain Suite™ products may display advertising through third-party advertising providers such as Google AdMob.

Advertising formats may include, depending on the particular product:

• banner advertising;

• App Open advertising;

• interstitial advertising;

• rewarded advertising;

• other advertising formats supported by the advertising provider.

Advertising providers may collect or process information such as:

• advertising identifiers;

Purchases made through Google Play or another authorized app marketplace are generally processed by the applicable platform provider.

EBDS™ does not ordinarily receive your full payment-card information.

We or the applicable application may receive or process limited purchase-related information such as:

• purchase tokens;

• product identifiers;

• purchase status;

• acknowledgement status;

• consumption status;

• entitlement status;

• purchase verification information;

• other information necessary to fulfill or validate a purchase.

• restore eligible non-consumable purchases;

Pricing displayed within an application may be supplied by Google Play or another marketplace and may vary based on country, currency, taxes, exchange rates, and platform policies.

8. Virtual Items and In-Game Currency

Certain EmergiForge™ games may allow users to earn or purchase virtual items, credits, tokens, currency, or similar digital game resources.

The application may maintain information relating to:

• quantities earned;

• quantities purchased;

• quantities spent;

• current virtual balances;

• purchase fulfillment;

• gameplay actions involving those items.

Some of this information may be stored locally on the device, while purchase-related information may also be processed through Google Play Billing or another authorized platform.

Rules governing ownership, permitted use, transferability, redemption, refunds, and other conditions applicable to virtual items are addressed in our applicable Terms of Use and the terms of the platform through which a purchase was made.

9. Crash, Performance, Analytics, and Diagnostic Information

Certain EBDS™, EmergiForge™, Captain Suite™, or gaming products may use crash-reporting, analytics, performance-monitoring, or diagnostic services.

Information may include:

• application version;

• Android version;

• device model;

• crash logs;

• error messages;

• performance information;

• technical diagnostics;

• feature usage information where analytics are implemented;

• information used to identify and correct application failures.

This information may be used to maintain, troubleshoot, secure, analyze, and improve our products.

Not every EBDS™ product necessarily uses analytics or crash-reporting services.

Information processed solely on your device may generally be removed by clearing application data or uninstalling the application, subject to Android functionality.

Deleting an application may permanently delete locally stored game progress, preferences, virtual balances, or other application data unless that information is backed up or synchronized through another service.

15. Data Deletion and Privacy Requests

You may contact EBDS™ regarding personal information that we directly maintain about you.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request:

If an application does not create an EBDS™ account or transmit personally identifiable information directly to EBDS™, there may be little or no server-side personal information maintained by us to access or delete.

Information maintained independently by services such as Google Play, Google Play Games Services, Google AdMob, or other third parties may need to be managed through those providers.

Requests concerning information directly maintained by EBDS™ may be submitted using the contact information provided at the end of this Privacy Policy.

16. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information under our control.

However, no storage system, electronic transmission, mobile device, website, gaming platform, application, or software service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users remain responsible for maintaining appropriate security on their own devices, accounts, passwords, and networks.

17. Children's Privacy

Unless a particular product expressly states otherwise, EBDS™, EmergiForge™, and our applications and games are not specifically directed toward children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 in violation of applicable law.

21. Relationship Between EBDS™, EmergiForge™, and The Captain Suite™

Emerging Business & Development Services™ (EBDS™) is the business entity responsible for the products and services covered by this Privacy Policy.

EmergiForge™ is an EBDS™ brand used in connection with software, utility applications, games, technology products, and related digital services.

EmergiForge™ products may include both utility applications and entertainment or gaming products.

The Captain Suite™ is a family of utility applications produced under the EmergiForge™ brand.

Other applications and games may be released directly under the EmergiForge™ brand or under additional EBDS™ brands or product families.
